More than 30 family and friends came together with some incredible weather, making the 2nd Annual Denali Tangle a wild success! Lessons learned in 2016 made the 2017 Denali Tangle the best yet. A biking team crossed the Denali Tangle in about 12 hours, leaving Cantwell at 7 a.m. on Friday, July 28. A combo team of runners and biker left Cantwell slightly before 1 p.m. on Friday and rolled into Tangle Lakes around 6 a.m. on July 29. Overall there were 16 people that participated as bikers or runners and about the same number of campers.
